Wish I was here
Movie name : Wish I Was Here
Mind is like a boat in water , thoughts are like waves that come from many directions. Throwing the boat around and creating confusion. This is how I feel when I sit down to write. Many many thoughts trying to find the right word, right phrase and right conjuncture which can depict the state of mind , state of life.
Time moves very fast, relishing every day and every moment is very difficult. I love spending time with Arjun and Pranthi. I feel they are these high energy bouncy balls who are ready to absorb what is thrown at them. I remember how frustrating it was to teach Pranathi Swimming , now Pranathi can swim anywhere and I love seeing her take to the ocean. ( reminder : teach Arjun swimming in 2020 Summer ). Arjun had a hard time learning cycling , now he is a good cyclist. Sometimes I also feel we have too much power over these kids, I don't know if I have the knowledge, foresight to guide them appropriately.
Sahana is very unique individual, the energy and effort she puts in all situation is tremendous. Very talented , hard working , never tiring , simple thinking , down to earth person. I feel lucky to be married to Sahana. We also have a ton of differences. The rate at which we do things amplifies the problem with these difference. We take vacations so frequently ,decide on once is a lifetime events almost every month ( this sentence makes no sense but it is true ). We don't let status quote bore us. We are constantly changing things, juggling activities moving and stirring the pot of life. I think if we remain at one place for saw a long time like 1-2 years we will uplift the place to be a better one or move to a better place.
I also think a lot about my parents and sister. These are the few treasures in my life.
I also constantly think about the stuff that occupies our life the stuff like cars, bikes, toys , tables, chairs etc. I will shelve this topic for another Blog :)
